AKAMKPA LOCAL GOVERNMENT
Akamkpa Local Government Area is in the Southern Senatorial District and was created in 1976. It has a land mass of 4,943.04 square kilometres. Akamkpa Local Government Area is bounded by Odukpani and Akpabuyo Local Government Areas to the west and south, Biase and Yakurr Local government Areas to the northwest.
